We have worked on cases involving scaffolds, boom lifts, scissorlifts, cars, trailers, trucks, RVs, cranes, elevators, and more. We’ve tried cases all over the state involving all sorts of products. If the case involves a serious accident and a product that transports people high or fast – we’re there.

Our expertise is recognized by the industries we serve. We regularly speak to insurers and industry groups such as Zurich, Berkley Risk Administrators, Defense Research Institute, Scaffold Industry Association Convention, North American Society of Scaffold Professionals, Associated Wire Rope Fabricators, the Wire Sling & Tie Down Association and more. Some of our lawyers have taken specialized certification and/or training in scaffold erection, aerial work platform operation, crane safety management, and sling and rigging safety.

Sure, we handle other products as well. We’ve litigated cases ranging from ladders to vacuum cleaners.  We’ve handled suits involving tools, construction equipment, asbestos, couplers and more. We’ve even litigated cases involving certain products that are so unusual we can’t mention them here.
